How soon can you start?
We typically require a one-month onboarding period before content officially goes live. This allows us to build a thoughtful strategy and ensure your brand is represented with intention.
Do you offer one-off services or only full campaigns?
Both. While many clients choose ongoing social media management, I also offer one-off services like event capture, short-form video creation, or content strategy consultations. These are perfect if you’re looking to elevate a specific event, campaign, or moment without a long-term commitment.
What should I know about your invoicing process?
All invoices are issued through Square and must be paid before work begins. Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each month. For one-off services, (like events or video capture), a 50% deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance is due the day of service.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. I regularly capture events across San Antonio, Austin, and Fredericksburg. For projects beyond these areas, travel is arranged on an as-needed basis. All travel, lodging, and related expenses are covered by the client.
